Our Automated Lab Reactors maintain accurate control of experimental conditions to ensure data that reliably maps the design space. In situ thermal hazard analysis, performed with RC1eTM reaction calorimetry and now with RTCalTM real-time calorimetry, helps to ensure a safe scale-up to pilot and production – even when dealing with Highly Reactive Chemistries. In situ monitoring of reaction mechanisms and kinetics – using ReactIRTM real-time FTIR – provides direct insight into the dynamics of chemical reactions and resulting intermediates without the need for tedious sampling or unreliable off-line analysis of unstable or hazardous chemicals. In process monitoring of particles and droplets - with FBRM® and PVM® technologies – can greatly enhance the ability to dynamically characterize and control multiphase processes such as crystallization and precipitation, homogenization, emulsification and wet milling.
