LiquiPhysics Excellence is the perfect solution wherever density, refractive index, specific gravity, Brix, API degrees, alcohol concentrations or related parameters of liquid samples need to be determined quickly and accurately. Simple OneClick™ operation The innovative One Click™ user interface allows simple and direct access to all routine tasks and provides clear user information via shortcut buttons which start such tasks at the touch of a screen. A unique product/method concept fulfills even very particular requirements without the need to change any settings and the addition of Smartcodes™ takes the system further forward into innovative barcode reading technology.

Sound and time effective automation Operators needing to wear protective gloves, due to dangerous chemical exposure, can even begin a measurement without touching anything simply by waving their hand over ErgoSens™, a special hands free sensor. Powerful sampling and automation units can completely automate measurement and cleaning procedures of practically any type of sample.

Sophisticated and flexible expansion This highly flexible concept allows the combination of density with refracto-, colour-and/or pH-/conductivity meters. This accommodates the simple expansion of measuring systems and simultaneous determinations of the most relevant parameters within the quality control of a wide variety of products. A smooth and seamless LIMS/SAP integration, with LabX™ PC software, organizes comprehensive sample lists containing all relevant data in order to completely automate quality control processes.

Secure accuracy Biometric user identification and access control is performed securely and quickly via a finger print reader. Full traceability is also offered in conjunction with our LabX™ PC software in order to comply with all the many regulatory demands. Comprehensive test and error detection functions, along with automatic adjustment verifications, improve security significantly and therefore ensure that the instruments always provide exact and carefully recorded results.
