METTLER TOLEDO

The first automated chemistry development tool that requires no training

Mar 24, 2008
The new EasyMax™ 102 lab reactor system replaces your round bottom flasks and carries out highly reproducible bench-scale reactions easily. Use the touch-pad with automatic data logging for simpler setup and observation. Oil baths, ice baths, or cryostat belong to the past - EasyMax™ 102 offers you built-in heating and cooling. You spend your time on the science by spending less time on mundane tasks.
EasyMax for synthetic organic chemistry
METTLER TOLEDO and organic chemists from different industries developed EasyMax™ especially for the synthetic organic lab. Its concept, design and performance make your work easier, more efficient, safer, and successful.

EasyMax™ is a jacketed lab reactor combining proven conventional techniques with state-of-the-art technology. It is a single, self-contained box with a built-in solid state thermostat covering the entire temperature range without an additional cryostat.  The EasyMax™ 102 includes two vessels of a variable size that operate completely independent from each other. EasyMax™ replaces the traditional oil and ice baths and hence, improves the comfort and safety at your work place.

EasyMax™ has only a miniature footprint and occupies only a minimal space in your fume hood.

The reaction is at your fingertips
The operation is simple and uses a touchpad to control and display information and trends at all times during the synthesis.

You want to change temperature of your reaction mixture?

Just touch the screen and enter the desired temperature. EasyMax™ will fast, accurately and reliably heat or cool to the desired temperature. And remember, … without an additional cryostat.

The measured data, such as temperature, stirring or dosing information are displayed instantaneously either as numbers or trend curves.

synthesis tool in action

The data and recipe of your synthesis are captured and can be transferred to a PC using a memory stick. Hence, the experiment becomes traceable.  EasyMax™ is the lab reactor for synthetic organic chemistry that leaves nothing to be desired.
