Reduce risks with regular pipette performance tests

To ensure data integrity, regular pipette performance testing and pipette calibration are fundamental to monitor the accuracy of pipettes. In a professional testing approach measurement errors caused by evaporation must be kept to an absolute minimum, making evaporation traps indispensable.
METTLER TOLEDO has recently introduced several innovative evaporation traps. Here are two examples showing how these solutions support user needs more conveniently than ever:
- A robust and ergonomic evaporation trap can be fitted on the XP26/56 microbalance, so that testing micropipettes only takes minutes. The change-over from the weighing set-up to the calibration set-up is quick and easy.
- With the high-capacity evaporation trap- which can be fitted to both the WX weighing module and the MCP system- calibrating high-volume pipettes is faster thanks to uninterrupted pipetting into the large 100ml vessel.
The Calibry calibration software further supports the user with guidance through all steps of the calibration procedure and full data management according to ISO8655 and FDA 21CFRPart 11.
