Clean-in-Place (CIP) monitoring previously required three transmitters. Now, with Thornton’s 770MAX, only one is needed. Why use three transmitters when you only need one?
The
770MAX multi-parameter transmitter combined with the
5000TOCe sensor enables CIP operators to measure the conductivity of hot concentrated CIP solutions and the conductivity and TOC of ultrapure water in the final CIP rinse, with the same transmitter!
CIP control typically necessitates two distinct conductivity ranges and TOC measurement for final rinse, which previously required the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance and calibration of three transmitters. Now, with Thornton’s 770MAX, both conductivity and TOC are measured with a single transmitter, thereby reducing overall capital and operating costs.
Our ability to monitor conductivity and TOC in both aggressive chemical concentrations and high-temperature ultrapure water - all with one instrument - makes Thornton the global leader in CIP and pure water analytics.
