Givenchy gains time and material thanks to precision

Givenchy’s perfume production site in Paris installs mixing tanks on METTLER TOLEDO FlexMount® weighing modules to maximize the efficiency and reliability of filling processes. These are connected to a METTLER TOLEDO weighing display.
Formulations consist of a very high amount of raw materials which have to be dosed with very strict tolerances within the weighing range of 300kg up to 3000kg. The weigh modules turn the formulation tanks into accurate and reliable weighing systems significantly reducing material waste. Furthermore this solution makes fast material transfer possible with rapid processing, short stabilization times, and intuitive operator prompts for increased process efficiency.
