FrameStar plates   The polypropylene wells in our new FrameStar PCR plates offer
optimal heat transfer for faster temperature equilibration and more
efficient cycling. FrameStar’s patented two-component ‘binary’
plate technology combines the advantages of thin-walled
polypropylene wells with the mechanical and thermal stability of
rigid polycarbonate frames.


FrameStar eliminates the warping, thermal expansion and loss of seal integrity associated with conventional, once-piece polypropylene PCR plates. The advantages for researchers include:
