Chicory Roots – More Than a Substitute

At times when coffee was rarely available, dried and roasted chicory roots made an excellent substitute. Today, many consumers highly appreciate the characteristic mild yet full taste of coffee blends containing chicory. Incarom is brewed at Nestlé’s production site in Basel. The coffee mix is traditional; the methods for moisture analysis are entirely modern.
