A general method was developed to synthesize a of N-(4-oxo-2-substituted-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-substituted sulfonamides in moderate to good yield. This new method can be applied in both single compound and parallel synthesis. About 90 compounds with a variety of substituents were synthesized using this method in a parallel fashion.
