Optical technology offers extremely high measurement accuracy and long term stability at trace levels of oxygen. The combination of FDA compliant materials and highly polished sensor surface for ease of cleaning, meets requirements for sterile/hygienic processes, while easy handling and reduced maintenance ensure cost of ownership is low. The sensors are sterilizable and can withstand periodic CIP treatment. The replaceable oxygen sensitive membrane (OptoCap) can be exchanged in less than a minute without any specialist know-how. 
 
Oxygen sensors with integrated Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) functionality provide advanced diagnostics, and Plug and Measure for quick sensor start up.
