Optical DO sensor technology offers easy handling and reduces the maintenance effort for measurement of dissolved oxygen in sterile/hygienic processes. Made of FDA compliant materials, with a highly polished surface finish to facilitate cleaning, the sensors are sterilizable and can withstand periodic CIP treatment. The replaceable oxygen sensitive membrane (OptoCap) can be exchanged in less than a minute without any specialist know-how.
 
Oxygen sensors with integrated Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) functionality provide advanced diagnostics, and Plug and Measure for fast sensor start up.
