RC1su™ Process Development Workstation

The Process Development workstation is designed to cope with a wide range of applications commonly applied in the pharmaceutical, fine and specialty chemical industries
The RC1su™ is furnished with the vessel of choice to fit your application
Thanks to the RTCal™ technology, heat profiles are obtained online allowing control of process variables - including temperature, additions, and pH
The sophisticated iControl RC1 Software monitors the entire process, collects information and integrates seamlessly with online analytics applied in the process

RC1su™ Scale-up Workstation

Established thermostat technology combined with the latest software and reactor innovations ensures data is readily available and accurate
The iControl RC1 Software helps automate procedures that provide scale-up relevant information
Reactor data, such as heat transfer coefficients, is determined both online and offline using real time measurement RTCal™
While running the reaction data describing specific properties of the reaction mixture (mixing information, mass transfer information, etc.) is obtained at the same time

RC1e™ Process Safety Workstation

This comprehensive workstation is for process safety investigations and hazard assessment
The powerful and fast responding RC1e™ thermostat can be combined with a variety of vessel types and sizes, as well as a number of optional accessories
The iControl RC1 Software guarantees precise control of the reaction parameters to ensure that the highest quality information is obtained
The optional iC Safety module converts the RC1e™ reaction calorimetry data into valuable safety information, such as MTSR, safety runaway, or criticality graph
