FBRM® C35 Ex is ideal for tracking changes to granule distribution in real time and ensuring targeted granule size distributions in fluid bed granulation and high shear wet granulation. The Ex model of the FBRM® C35 is ideal for granulation environments that require ATEX gas and dust certification.

FBRM® C35 Ex allows formulators and engineers to seamlessly scale-up granulation batches from lab scale to pilot scale and pilot scale to production. FBRM® C35 Ex enables the monitoring of real-time changes in particle count and dimension during cohesive wet or dry particle processing and inline measurement enables Quality by Design (QbD) throughout granulation development, scale-up, and manufacturing. FBRM® real-time distributions can then be tracked relative to this target distribution to ensure consistent downstream particle flow, tableting and dissolution.
