Description

FreeWeigh.Net Compact fits perfectly into the Mettler Toledo SQC product range in terms of functionality as well as in regard to the required investment for the users.

With its complete set of standard functions FreeWeigh.Net Compact permits already in the basic configuration a broad range of possibilities to collect data from a locally connected measuring instrument, such as a Mettler Toledo precision weighing equipment or any other compatible device1).

The comprehensive tolerance monitoring and control system helps to optimize the product filling and still to be sure that the minimal overfilling is always achieved. Thus the filling and packaging process is fully documented and traceable as required by authorities, like the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration).

As the more and more important feature of Electronic Signature is already included in the standard package of FreeWeigh.Net Compact, Mettler Toledo offers also the optional module Audit Trail, which fulfills all requirements of the U.S. regulation 21 CFR Part 11.

The collected sample data are stored in the local MSDE SQL database and instantly trans-formed into easy-to-understand colored graphics, such as sample average and production mean (x¯) as well as r- and s-charts. In order to share this information with co-workers, other departments or authorities, charts can be printed or easily exported into PowerPoint2) presentations or Acrobat PDF-files2), for further processing.

Optional modules provide - among others - functions for batch handling, adjustment algorithms, freely definable reports or the assessment of product attributes, such as the correct assembly of the product label or the correct product expiry date printed onto the package by visual inspection.

The FreeWeigh.Net Compact SQC system caneasily be upgraded to the enhanced and networked FreeWeigh.Net without losing any money of the original investment. Mettler Toledo offers an upgrading package to FreeWeigh.Net with Microsoft SQL Server2) access, which includes also the already purchased optional modules, the connectivity to the connected measurement device and the possibility to migrate the statistical data.

Therefore FreeWeigh.Net Compact is the first step into the highly configurable and reliable FreeWeigh.Net system world with a minimal investment for a fully functioning PC based SQC station.
FreeWeight.Net Compact is an investment, which pays in two aspects. In accountable cost saving during production and in an equipment, which grows seamless according to current needs - from an affordable single station SQC system up to a distributed factory SQC solution for production, quality control- and management executives.
